SHIPPING POLICY

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all design files, spelling, and details are correct before approval. We are not responsible for errors once production has started.

For local pickup orders, customers will be notified when their order is ready. Pickup details will be provided at that time.
