Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins. Once approval is given and production has started, no changes or refunds can be made.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can review and resolve the issue.
